Pricing questions
What counts as an "active share"?
Any link you've created that hasn't expired yet. Expired or deleted shares don't count against your plan's limit.
Do you charge for storage or file size?
No. Your files never leave Google Drive — Teserro only stores link metadata (titles, expirations, access logs), so pricing is based on your team's usage, not file volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account's Billing tab. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What do I need to set up before I can start sharing?
One quick step: your Google Workspace admin adds Teserro's service account as a Viewer on the Shared Drive(s) you want to share from — the same "add a person" action you'd use for a human collaborator, and read-only access only. We walk you through it after signup, and it typically takes a couple of minutes.
